Position Purpose

The Human Resource Generalist role has a primary focus of creating a culture and environment that supports the success of our business and employee engagement. Additional focus will be on employee relations, talent management, and compensation projects. This position will also assist with the succession planning, performance management, and recruitment processes.

This position will report into the Director of Finance/Human Resources and ensure best practices are developed, implemented, and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. Human Resources provides a service to our internal team and is capable of effectively communicating with all levels of employees and managers to drive strong employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with management and employees to create development plans for employees
  • Assist with resolutions regarding employee matters, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws
  • Work with management and employees to facilitate the performance review process
  • Drive continuous improvement by assisting with the development and implementation of processes key to the company’s strategic goals and objectives
  • Manage Human Resource metrics and present actionable data

Qualifications

Position Purpose

The Manager of Implementations for the Uprise EHR/Practice Management solution is responsible for the timely and comprehensive onboarding of new customers to ensure success and growth at their practice. Through effective management of the team of Implementation Specialists, and through collaboration with VisionWeb sales, management, and operations, the Manager of Implementations is ultimately responsible for driving key corporate goals around revenue generation and customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Manages a team of implementation specialists that are responsible for the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware, and solutions
  • Manage all activities needed to integrate ophthalmic equipment
  • Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
  • Oversees and supports multiple implementation projects
  • Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
  • Ensure implementations are being performed using best practices
  • Reviews external client’s product demands, develops project plans and ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
  • Collaborate with all business partners to continuously improve the process
  • Responsible for recruiting, hiring and provide training of new Uprise Implementation specialists
  • Ensure team members have appropriate documentation, software, and other tools needed to effectively respond to customers and retain information needed for internal use

Position Purpose

Reporting to the Director of Infrastructure & Security, working closely with our engineering teams to build, maintain and support customer facing platforms. The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for leading team members toward the Engineering Team goal of automating releases, server & environment builds and defining DevOps strategies.

About the Role

As a DevOps Engineer at VisionWeb you will contribute, as part of a team, to the design, build and support of customer facing environments. Your work will be across the infrastructure stack from networking, application environments, and tooling. You will participate in planning, estimation, and delivery, supporting multiple development teams. Supporting these teams will require you to have a strong understanding of each product’s specific needs while finding ways to duplicate standards and workload design across the organization. You will provide support to development and testing teams as needed to ensure release deployment success and application health. Test Automation Skills

  • Desire to constantly improve understanding of technology trends working towards best practices in DevOps technologies
  • Strong experience deploying containerization technologies such as Docker, Chef, Puppet, Salt, Ansible and Terraform

Position Purpose

As a member of the Application Development team, the Developer plays an essential role in the development and maintenance of systems across the Enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Design, enhance, and maintain our proprietary industry leading solutions.
  • Work directly with Senior Developers & Product Owners to develop solutions to complex problems.

Qualifications

  • Experience coding in C# .NET

Position Purpose

VisionWeb is looking for an outstanding Product Marketer to act as a key advocate for Uprise to both prospective and existing customers. This position will function within the marketing team while working in a close, collaborative manner with the product and services teams.

Responsibilities

  • Attending sprint planning, progress, demo, and retrospective meetings for product development
  • Working in concert with business development, customer support, sales, and training to ensure company messaging aligns with product content
  • Working closely with sales managers to provide verbiage/positioning statements for selling specific parts of our product offerings
  • Working closely with marketing, sales, product, and support teams to gather market and competitor information and understand what makes our products stand out, and how to make sure our audiences know about the features they care about the most
  • Creating product-related media/copy (eg landing pages, website copy, sales collateral, presentations, FAQs, blog posts, case studies, and other related materials) that articulates the functional aspects of service offerings while motivating prospects toward adoption/purchase
  • Collaborating on content used in all customer service/sales training and support media (videos, documentation, training libraries, etc)
  • Collaborating with marketing team and partners on development of content (Webinars, Presentation Slides, etc) used to provide deeper information and promote VisionWeb product offerings at all Customer and Prospect Events, both online and in-person
  • Gathering customer feedback related to training, support, and outreach
  • Speaking and presenting to customers and prospects about VisionWeb products
  • Leading the copywriting and development of all product-specific customer communications announcing site, service, and feature updates

Qualifications

  • Intensity. This is a job for someone who takes a great deal of pride in their work. You can do as much as you want in this position, so we’re looking for someone who wants to do a lot (and is ready to work for it). The right candidate will be passionate about learning and expanding their field of knowledge so that we can incorporate the latest and greatest, especially in regard to training and onboarding, into our own processes.
  • Ability to communicate and sell. You will be the main advocate for VisionWeb products at critical points of the evaluation, decision-making, and implementation process. You need to be convincing and comfortable speaking publicly.
  • Excellent content development. You have to be able to write. You have to be able to pull together great slides. You have to be comfortable diving in and creating new content – it could be video, email, web pages, or something different altogether.
  • Sees the forest and the trees. You need to understand and articulate the overall value of the products you are responsible for, but you should also be prepared to drill down to the minute details and be able to answer any question you might get about a product.
  • Initiative. We run lean, so having everyone doing their part is critical. We need someone that is a self-starter and can recognize when they need to jump in and get their part of a project going.
  • 2+ years of product marketing experience.
  • Experience in cloud-based healthcare technology a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with marketing automation software (Hubspot)
