Open Positions

VisionWeb, a leading player in the optical industry with the largest customer base, is seeking a Sales Account Executive who is results-driven, proactive and determined to join our team. This position is responsible for initiating and building lasting relationships with eye care physicians, and driving sales growth with our EHR software, Uprise. As a driving force for Uprise, you will actively ensure member service levels are of the highest quality, assist with the company vision of nation-wide success, engage in outside sales, and deliver the value our service.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish a trusted sales advisor relationship with each assigned lead/account and drive continued value of our products and services.
  • Conduct direct sales activities via phone calls, email and face-to-face interactions
  • Prospect, develop and follow up on leads, which include: Increasing adoption (sales), ensuring retention, and satisfaction.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and monthly sales forecast, as well as activity tracking within VisionWeb’s CRM.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, associations, supplier meetings and other marketing presentations
  • Prepare, deliver and close sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Customer Success teams to ensure successful implementation of customer solutions.
  • Maintain primary day-to-day contact with suppliers to ensure member sales and service levels are of high quality
  • Sell the value of Upirse to prospects by articulating how our solutions meet their needs and improve their business process.
  • Proactively engage with current customers to look for upselling opportunities and ensure satisfaction.
  • Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years (5) of documented eye care practice management (PM) and electronic health record (EHR) sales history exceeding sales quotas.
  • Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles, including ability to manage deals with stakeholders
  • Thrives at efficiency and rapid deadlines.
  • Demonstrate strong lead generation skills and disciplined sales administration skills.
  • Experience working inside a CRM system, preferably Salesforce, and within a defined sales process.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product(s).
  • Familiarity working with customers of all sizes.
  • Impeccable oral, written and presentation communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic environment
  • Strong team player as well as a self-starter
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
  • Proficient in eye care delivery model, workflows including exams.

Customer Technical Support is the key to success in helping our Uprise customers keep their work flow smooth while using our software. We want someone who loves to solve puzzles and who will provide exceptional support to our users as quickly as possible. We are in the process of ramping up our users and need an energetic, enthusiastic person who is flexible with change.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first level customer support via phone and online for Uprise customers following established procedures and meeting established service levels
  • Identify, research and resolve customer issues reported by customer, internal team and partners.
  • Triage issues that cannot be resolved at first level support including follow-up and communication with customer and internal teams until issue is resolved.
  • Provide product, service and company information when appropriate.
  • Effectively use Salesforce and other company tools to support customer issues, reporting, and documentation and case management.
  • Provide additional support for other team members to assist customers with technical or product inquiries.
  • Work with internal and external teams to troubleshoot and resolve product issues whether reported from a customer or internally discovered.
  • Make recommendations on process improvements.
  • Escalate issues in order to provide excellent customer support.
  • Interface with all necessary departments, and customers to provide necessary support and direction to resolve issues and make improvements in our software/processes.

Experience and Skills

  • 2+ years’ experience in optometric or ophthalmic practice-experience should include use of a practice management software or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of spectacle lenses, contact lenses and frames
  • Must love problem solving
  • Customer facing experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to type 30+ wpm
  • Effective team player
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service applications
  • Ability to work in an ever changing, fast paced environment
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to work flexible hours and cover weekends on rotating schedule

SUMMARY

As a member of the Application Development team, the Developer plays an essential role in the development and maintenance of systems across the Enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Design, enhance, and maintain our proprietary industry leading solutions

Desired Skills
